Orsis provide a unique data collection and delivery mechanism that is not only cost effective, but also resilient and helps reduce operational costs. The Orsis solutions collate half hourly data via our OFGEM certified electricity meters and/or ATEX Zone Zero certified data loggers and deliver this data via our proprietary Local Data Concentrator. The data is encrypted and delivered securely via the GPRS network to our back office. With inherent quality control mechanisms adopted by Orsis, the data is checked and verified to ensure data accuracy for monitoring and billing purposes. The data can be delivered in many formats to ensure interoperability and integration into multiple reporting, energy management and billing systems.

We deliver a low CAPEX/OPEX solution by reducing the number of data transmission devices required, which enables greater amounts of data to be transmitted than traditional systems. This results in fewer devices being required, reducing capital and ongoing maintenance costs. Furthermore, the RF Mesh network is self-healing, ensuring that if any one communication path is unavailable, the data loggers will automatically seek an alternative route to communicate. Therefore, you can always be sure you will receive your monitoring data accurately and on time.
